Graphical presentation

Two types of activities can be identified, meetings (double frame) and disseminators (single frame). Of the activities the General Meeting and Website have been indicated with a heavier frame, because of their central role in the project. At the General Meeting, experiences from all previous meetings will be shared (indicated by thick solid arrows). On the website all documents produced will be published (indicated by dashed arrows). Workflow within the Work Packages is indicated by thin solid arrows. The Kick-off Meeting is central in the start-up phase of the Project. At this meeting all partners join and the Work Package Coordinators will hold satellite meetings to set the course for organising following events. The logical relation between the various meetings is indicated in the following diagram:
